In February, the #HIRE_Project reached another key milestone in the development of our AI-powered Interview Preparation App. CELLOCK took the lead by sharing a detailed process concept and rules document with all project partners, inviting feedback and collaboration to refine the app’s logic and flow.
At the heart of this concept lies a thoughtfully structured two-phase approach designed to offer a more personalized and impactful experience for users preparing for job interviews.
🔍 Phase 1: Understanding the Emotional Landscape
Before diving into hard skills and technical questions, the app begins by evaluating the emotional status of the user. This phase is built around open-ended questions that help assess the user’s mindset, stress levels, and emotional readiness—crucial factors that often influence real-world interview performance. The goal is to provide users with a safe space for reflection while helping the app tailor its responses accordingly.
🧠 Phase 2: Developing Key Interview Skills
Once the emotional groundwork is set, the second phase shifts into skill-based question-and-answer practice. This phase focuses on three essential skill categories:
- Management & Leadership Skills
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills
These categories are carefully selected to mirror the core competencies employers often look for, ensuring users can practice and sharpen their responses in realistic, scenario-based formats.
📊 Personalized Feedback and Growth
At the end of each session, users won’t just walk away with more experience, they’ll receive a customized performance report. This report includes feedback, insights, and practical tips to help candidates understand their strengths and pinpoint areas for improvement. It’s all about growth through reflection and repetition, with AI guiding the process in a meaningful, human-centered way.
As the feedback process continues, we’re excited to keep refining this powerful tool with input from our incredible partners. Together, we’re working toward an intelligent, adaptive platform that not only simulates interviews but truly supports personal and professional development.
Stay tuned for more updates as we move closer to bringing the HIRE App to life!
