Florida Centre de Formació, Coop. V. (FLORIDA) is a Valencian worker co-operative created in 1977 working in the field of education. It has a wide experience in education and training in several education levels: Higher education (university degrees, Seniors University, postgraduate courses and Master degrees), Vocational Education and Training (higher and lower levels), continuous training and Secondary education.
Florida is an educational and cooperative experience, in relation to its environment. Florida’s mission is training persons, fostering initiative, autonomy and personal growth capacities, in order to achieve professional and social integration. As a cooperative, it is characterized by being an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily in order to satisfy their common needs and economic, social and cultural aspirations by means of a shared company, with democratic management procedure.
FLORIDA has 265 employees and 3,700 students. It operates under two brands: Florida Universitària for Higher Education (VET, University studies, Masters and Postgraduates). Florida, from its origins, has worked in order to provide a high-quality, participative and innovative education project. Florida is defined as an innovative and dynamic institution, in close contact with companies and society.
The education and training provided to youngsters and professionals are based on the acquisition of skills and knowledge enabling them to successfully participate in the new business, professional and social scenes of current society.
Nowadays, Florida applies innovative methodologies to promote the socioeconomic development of the territories by generating inter-cooperation experiences related to innovation and entrepreneurship. These methodologies are a result of a wide trajectory of participation in cooperation and research projects at regional, national and international levels.

MEUS
MEUS is a private organization based in Valencia, Spain, aimed at bettering people´s capacities in their environment, both at professional and private levels. Thus, it focuses on skills’ development of individuals at each stage of their life, from school to adult education.
In line with the European strategy related to education, MEUS works on the development of new training materials and methodologies adapted to different target and market needs, thus improving the integration in the labour market. MEUS is an expert in new learning methods, based on participative and collaborative ways of learning. Their training activities rely on experiential training, learning by doing and gamification, intending to keep the learners alert so that they can entertainingly learn new competences.
Being a company led by women, MEUS is attached to gender equality and actively supports women entrepreneurship. MEUS’ second main focus is on sustainable development, taking into account environmental concerns as well as sustainable growth and local development as key elements of its missions, promoting behavioral changes among society to adapt to current needs (sustainable consumption, waste optimization, etc.). MEUS explores and promotes sustainable business models, seeking the implementation of best practices. MEUS strongly supports new and growing sectors of the economy, and is attentive to societal changes, being particularly engaged in issues such as the green economy (and green skills), the orange economy (culture), ICT, adaptation to the ageing population and new demographic features generating higher demand in-person services, etc.

CELLOCK is a leading Information Technology R&D SME, founded in 2003, and currently operates around the fields of software development, IoT, artificial intelligence and wearables. The company is based in Cyprus and expanding abroad handling their operations as an expert provider to a wide network of clients in Europe, the USA and the Middle East. With many years of experience in software and hardware development and a highly skilled technical workforce, they pride themselves as a premier IT company serving clients in diversified business verticals like agriculture, telecommunication operators and government organizations.
Cellock has participated in EU and national research proposals since 2004 and has collaborated with universities and R&D departments around the world, having the role of the Scientific/Technical coordinator since it has established experience in the industrial domain for various multinational, technical projects. Cellock owns a portfolio of IP including two US patents and one trademark. Cellock has developed all the current technologies and prototypes in-house and owns all the background IP.
Their R&D and experience throughout these years lead to the creation of various technologies, specifically around wearable devices for health, software development, IoT (Internet of Things) algorithmic creation and Data management (AI and machine learning).

KAINOTOMIA
KAINOTOMIA is a certified under Greek Legislation Vocational Education and Training Institution that was founded in 2013 by a group of people with expertise and a lifelong commitment to the subject of learning. The organization’s modern facilities are designed in compliance with disabled people’s accessibility, while there are 3 training rooms with a total capacity of 91 trainees.
The goal of KAINOTOMIA is the implementation of continuous vocational training programs (offline & online through their e-learning platform) targeted at employed/unemployed people, educators, students of higher education, and vulnerable social groups for the development of professional opportunities and their integration into the labor market and society. They provide Career Guidance and Counseling with regional stakeholder networks and according to individual needs. KAINOTOMIA’s goal is the support of trainees aiming to introduce new learning and teaching methodologies approaches, especially those delivering key competences and basic skills, language skills, and focusing on the use of ICT, but also the upscaling of the quality of education in professionalization of trainers. Finally, provides trainees´ with new forms of flexible learning methods, virtual mobility, open educational resources, and better exploitation of the ICT potential.
KAINOTOMIA aims to up/reskill trainees through mobility in other EU member states to bolster cooperation with other countries of EU, and volunteering as an expression of an intercultural dimension. KAINOTOMIA plays a leading role at national and regional level and holds extensive experience in both methodology development of practical solutions matching specific vocational and professional development needs.
UNIVERSITA DEGLI STUDI DI TORINO
UniTo
The University of Torino (UniTo) is one of the most ancient and prestigious Italian Universities. Hosting about 70.500 students, 3.650 academic, administrative and technical staff, 1800 post-graduate and post-doctoral students, 120 buildings in different areas in Torino and in key places in Piedmont, the University of Torino can be considered as “city-within-a-city”, promoting culture and producing research, innovation, training and employment.
The University of Torino is today one of the largest Italian Universities, open to international research and training. It organizes courses in all disciplines, except for Engineering and Architecture, offering over 150 undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses and has a remarkable research tradition in traditional subjects such as history, philosophy, law, economics and medicine but it is currently branching out into important modern sectors, such as food science, social politics, IT, performing arts and communication sciences. Its Medical Diagnostic, Biosensoristics and Nanotechnologies research centers are amongst the best ones in Italy.
UniTo is deeply involved at international level, through the participation in international projects, the establishment of joint educational courses, such as bi-national degrees (21) and international PhD programmes divided into 4 schools, through the subscription of formal cooperation agreements (roughly 600) with Universities and Institutions all around the world. It has a long tradition of hosting international visiting professors, researchers and students and thanks to International funding many mobility programmes are available. In the last years, UniTo has been fostering the strengthening of its internationalization policy through the promotion of mobility projects.
