Last September, the beautiful city of Valencia set the stage for an inspiring face to face meeting of the #HIRE_Project. Hosted by our wonderful partners at MEUS, we were welcomed with open arms and high energy as we jumped straight into some exciting project milestones.
Our morning began with a deep dive into the ‘Ultimate Interview Preparation Platform’, a key initiative led by KAINOTOMIA and CELLOCK. The discussions were dynamic and forward-thinking, exploring innovative ways to empower job seekers through smart, AI-enhanced tools designed to boost interview confidence and readiness.
Following that, the spotlight was on CELLOCK, who presented impressive progress on the ‘AI Interview Preparation App’. The updates were both encouraging and ambitious, laying out the next steps for enhancing user experience and supporting candidates in navigating today’s competitive job market.
After a productive lunch break and some much-needed networking, KAINOTOMIA took the lead again, this time with an engaging session on sharing and promotion strategies. The focus was clear: how can we amplify the impact of our work and make sure our tools reach those who need them most? Insightful ideas were exchanged, all centered on visibility, outreach, and community engagement.
To close out the meeting, Florida Centre guided us through essential updates on management and financial planning, ensuring that our project stays aligned, on budget, and strategically focused.
It was a full and fruitful day, and we’re excited about what’s ahead.
